In the latest update to the KLAS report, Vendor Performance in Response to the COVID-19 Crisis, Engage was recognized for achieving a perfect score within the All Services Firms category.
According to the report, “the vast number of services firms have been quick and effective in their response to the COVID-19 crisis, often filling critical gaps in staffing, skills, and experience.” However, of the 45 organizations surveyed, Engage was one of only four to score a perfect 9 out of 9.

The KLAS rankings were scored through organizations’ feedback on the response of services firms to the COVID-19 pandemic and how well those organizations supported customers throughout the crisis. The latest data was collected from April 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020.
